Care Assessment
Contact us to schedule an initial interview where we perform a care assessment and get to know you better. Once we have a sense of your needs, we will match you with a one-to-one companion and you will be able to meet the prospective caregiver before beginning the service.
Questions we typically ask during the assessment:
What is the name of the person who needs care?
How old is the person who needs care?
What is their current living situation?
How much care do you estimate they may need?
What type of care is needed?
Is there anything specific about the person in need of care that a companion should know to provide excellent support?
